Hello everyone, I’m looking to use a cleaner on my car for the carbon and sut build up in my BMW E92 328xi with 200k miles on it. I am doing an oil change this week and would like to use a fuel system and injector cleaner. I have read that seafoam has good results but I’ve read that lucas upper cylinder lubricant and engine cleaner works even better. Can you guys help me figure out which cleaner to use and tips on how to? Thank you.

Best way to clear out the carbon is to drive at higher RPM. Drive at 4k rpm on the highway for 20 minutes or so with a couple pulls, or just attend a track day.
Run some seam foam or lucas in the gas tank and use premium.
Since your car IS NOT direct injection there is no need for walnut blasting.

i really like liquimoly jectron for fuel system cleaning. I put it in customer cars when i do oil changes and RARELY see injector or fuel system issues.
Best way to clean the engine is to use good oil and filter and change it every 5-7000 miles
