Wheels locking up after changing caliper

I can’t find any information on why my front wheels don’t spin after I changed my pads and brake calipers after I found out they were seized. Everything was put on right but the wheels are locked up. (For 07 bmw 328i). Pls help

New calipers and pads, along with new guide pins/bushings?...Yes?
If so, replace the flex-brake lines attached to the calipers, they have collapsed internally.
You must never let the calipers hang down supported by the brake line,
Always support it with something, like a wire or bungee cord, when changing pads,rotors,or calipers.
