Sorry I don't have pics yet but getting very soon. Advertising for my sister who is simply looking to slide into something more affordable. Car is white with grey leather interior. Automatic with tiptronic. Power doors, windows, locks, front seats, moonroof. CD player. Wood trim. Not sport or premium. Mileage is approx. 47K but maybe 48K or so. She has a company car so she puts few miles on it. Garage kept. Serviced religiously with a trusted family mechanic. I believe she has a CPO, not sure if it would transfer or not. She's had it about a year; only a couple incidents (water pump/accessory belt and some sensor), both replaced by BMW under warranty. Only flaw I will state outright is a couple spots on the driver side rear seat where my sis tried to remove something (ink, I think) and discolored the leather. I'm sure a detailer could fix it, she just never got to it herself. Otherwise, interior and exterior are flawless. This car needs nothing. Like I said, with the company car, she's just looking to get something more affordable since she doesn't drive it much.

After browsing Autotrader, Edmunds, NADA and KBB, I believe $19K is a fair asking price but will be negotiable. If anyone has interest, please PM or e-mail. Title is currently with bank so one extra step there but shouldn't be a problem. I know I don't have much of a history here (my purchase of an M3 took a back seat to 2nd child ) but I can provide my eBay ID as well as some references over on NASIOC.com on a bunch of personal sales.

Thx-
Tighe

How does that work? Would she take it to BMW to have it checked out or would the buyer?

As far as checking the car out, it would be the buyer's responsibility to arrange it and we would cooperate with that however we needed to (e.g., drive it to the dealer/shop of your choice). I'm not sure what you mean by "CPO?" in your subject. I would assume (again, if she does, in fact, have it) that is an issue between BMW and the new buyer.

The reason I say I'm not sure if she has a CPO is the term doesn't ring a bell with her. However, I know those couple things I mentioned were fixed at no cost to her, but I'm not sure if it was just a 1-year warranty or something she got or a full blown CPO. I will verify as soon as I can.
