Hey guys after months and months of trying to figure out which wheels to get for my car I think I am leaning very strongly toward the SSR GT3. My only problem now is trying to figure out what size tires to put on them. I have been told by one place that I can run 235-40-18 or 225-40-18 without any rubbing issues, but I have been told by another place that I might have some rubbing issue with the 235-40-18. Is there anyone out there running 235-40-18 on SSR GT3 or other 18x8.5” wheels. And also, will I need a drop if I get these wheels. My car is an 02 325CI.

I found an online store that sells these wheels for $489 a piece for the silver finish. Is this a good price?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I was looking at the same wheels. I dont know about the tires tho. That price is VERY good, my person quoted me 640 a wheel.... you mind telling me where u found for 489 and if they have them in black finish?

You can easily get away with a 235/40-18.

Spencer, thanks for your reply. My only question now is, will I need to drop the car and if I do will I have any rubbing issues on the 235-40-18?

Thanks!
