So I bought my e36 320i a month ago, last time I noticed that there was coming white smoke out of the exhaust. It has 250k km.
I don't have any coolant loss but the oil as low.
I did not warm the engine up yet because it is not registered and I can not take it to the street.
I also changed my oil today, there wasn't any coolant in it.
please help me I don't know what it is.
I also made a video: https://youtu.be/kfFi35UqVkw
(sorry for my bad English)

That could just be condensation in the exhaust if the car wasn't warmed up yet and it doesn't smell sweet like coolant.
Hard to tell color from the video, but oil smoke would be a blue-gray color.
Any leaks under the car?

Thanks for the reply!
There is no oil dripping form under the car or something, but its a bit moist under the car, I think that comes from the transmission.
I don't think that it is blue, can burned oil also produce white smoke somehow?
The problem is also that I don't really know how burned oil smells like.
I have a 4 cylinder opel adam that also smokes a bit from condensation but not as much as my bmw.

Cars tend to run rich when warming up which can lead to white smoke until the car reaches ot. Also, condensation tends to collect in e36 exhaust because of the way they are designed. Its not anything abnormal. Unless it smells like burnt oil and you end up finding coolant lost after driving a while, its normal.

The exhausts of your tiny Opel Adam and the E36 have different volumes, the E36 has more condensation to blow out. You should see my 5 Ltr E32 750 in winter, we 750 drivers call it fog machine in winter

Well coolant will smell a bit sweet, condensation will have little smell maybe a bit of fuel smell, oil if it's synthetic may have a more refined smell maybe a bit like truck diesel exhaust.
Let the car fully warm up and see if it can idle properly without the temp gauge going above 12 o'clock.
You can do a compression test to see if the engine is good.
