Yokohama Advan-032R - street tires?

I came across a set of yokohama advan 032Rs that had been shaved and heat cycled and run for two days on the track with plenty of tread life left.

Would these tires be able to be daily driven as street tires and double as autox tires without becoming hard or being illegal?

The tires are DOT approved so they would be OK on the street. They are going to be noisy and they are not very good in the wet but you would be OK.

I'm sure they'd be fine on the street, on dry at least. Yet, I see it as wasteful, since you're using good tread for regular driving. Those are supposed to be amazing track/autox tires and designed so, which mean super low treadwear since they aren't really intended for daily driving. I would save them strictly for autox events if possible.
