So i want to swap my 3.45 open with a 3.15 welded. How the engine willy take it? Too long considering that my touring has a lpg conversion wich when activated drops the horsepower to about 130.?
The car i use it only 1 or 2 days a week at most, and i want to have some fun
... then regret the stupid decisions i made.
I don t really want to weld mine and i will keep it as a back up.

Have you driven with a welded diff before? Do you know what you're getting into? Switching to a taller diff with an underpowered engine, and welding it as well, seems pretty dumb.

What about all that full opposite lock, sideways, tire roasting precision drifting fun those mighty 2 liters will provide?

Yeah sure, a V8 is nice, but If you need a V8 to do some skids in a parking lot, than you are doing something wrong.
