Engine vibration

Hi everyone.My 07/1993 e34 has m50b25 engine.When it is cold the power is god.But when is hot it loses power.It doesnt matter col or hot the engine is vibrating but not at idle speed only from 2000rpm to 7000rpm.i checked spark plugs,ignition coils,injectors.Everthing is ok with them.But have a faulty oxygen sensor.Today i disconnected connector of o2 sensor the engine was vibrating too. There is also high noise from engine head ticking noise please help me
