PA: WTB: E36 M3 Convertible

I am only looking for an E36 M3 Convertible preferrably around the Southern PA area. I can drive though to look if it is somewhat close. It must be in good condition and not abused, under 80k miles, 5 speed, any color, and i don't care wether it is modded or not.
