How valuable is a true Dinan car?

I'm looking at a Dinan 5. Here's the rundown:
2003 M Sport 540i 6 Spd 155k miles
Dinan Package from Dinan.
Cold Air, Free Flow, Strut Bar, Floor Mats.
There might be other things, but that's what I can see.
Good: 2 owners, binder of receipts including timing guides etc. & clutch
Bad: leaky PS hoses. Pixels Dead. Mild seat twist. Slight seepage at the valve cover.

Anybody wanna give me an idea of what it's worth? I can assess the value of an M Sport and tell you I'd pay 6-7k for this.
What's the Dinan add to value?

The best value is to sell the DINAN parts off separately, and then to sell the car as a standard 540i/6. Talk to Danny, thats how he funded his M5

Not being snarky. What are they asking for price, as well as miles. I'm just saying Danny on the forums here bought a slightly higher price car with lots of DINAN bits, sold the goodies and made quite a bit of money to fix it up. If the price is only slightly higher than similar non DINAN cars, but it doesn't add much to the value, unless it's big stuff, supercharger, etc. The DINAN MAF, Carbon intake, and strut bar pull a premium on eBay.

He wants 12k. It has 155k It tried to overheat on my recent test drive, but quickly cooled down after getting up to speed. I think I'm out.

It ain't worth a penny over $8k, and that's being very generous. $10k+ is decent M5 money. I bought my 2000 Dinan S1 M5 with the plaque and everything for $7000. Sold off the Dinan CAI and strut brace for $1500, used that to replace the rod bearings (that's why I got it so cheap), and then sold the whole thing for $13k for a real nice profit. I wish I had kept it though, haha

Yep, I passed on it. I'm now looking at two in TX for 8500 and 9800. (I'm thinking 7k) Not a Dinan, but has some Dinan stuff. There are two strikingly similar cars for sale in Richardson, TX. Both private owner, both 119,500 mi. Help me pick?
