Hi Everyone,
For sale 2003 BMW 540i M-Sport in 6 speed manual transmission.
Mileage - Just shy of 106,000
VIN - WBADN53463GF71602
Clean carfax (attached).
Recent work:
11/2016 (103,463 miles):
Service:
- Oil service. Replace oil line seals and filter housing and mounts
General Work:
- Valve cover gasket
- Camshaft solenoid seals
- Spark plugs
- Connectors
- Reseal intake manifold with new PVC Cover
Suspension:
- Replaced Center and Outer tie rods
- Replaced Thrust arms
- Wheel Alignment
- Replaced Power steering reservoir and hoses
Cooling
- Replaced Thermostat
- replaced Radiator
- Replaced Radiator hoses
12/2016 (104,177 miles):
General Work
- Replaced belt
- replaced idler
- replaced tensioner assembly
June 2017 (~106,000 miles) - PPI done. Here is the list of issues that came up:
Both Vanos Gasket Seals Leaking - Fixed
R/F head light adjuster linkage seized - Did not fix
L/R sway bar end link has play - Fixed
Replace all 8 coils since it had a multiple cylinder misfire code. Replacing 5 will likely not fix the issue entirely. - Fixed
Replace Radio Display (some pixels are out) - Did not fix
Replace front tires - got new tires to match the rear (Michelin Sport A/S 3).
All work listed above was done at Autobahn Automotive in Lakewood, NJ (4.9 rating on google review) ~$5,500 worth of work in last 6 months.
I also got the following installed: Magnum flow exhaust, Led angel eyes (I still have the stock ones) and OEM Aux cable.
