So I've agreed to terms on a 13 328. I just pulled the VIN and see that it's marked SULEV. Is there any major difference in this engine being SULEV? I'm mainly concerned about performance, part costs, and ability to modify.

N20 engine is a ULEV, N26 is a SULEV.
you won't notice any differences but I would avoid any mods until BMW releases its extended timing chain warranty ( it's coming )

Any reason something like the JB4 wouldn't work on the N26? How can I keep am eye on the timing chain warranty?
