Yellow dirt in new xenon bulb

I bought a new Xenon bulb from Amazon for my 06 E90

But I am seeing some yellow dirt in the middle bubble of the bulb is that ok?

The same yellow dirt is there in the product picture at amazon so I think I will get the same thing even if I replace it

That's supposed to be there. Those are the metallic salts that produce light, and color it appropriately.
