Hi all, just picked up a 95 525i 5 speed. The car is in great shape. Drives strong and has 210k miles. No leaks. First thing is I hear a clicking sound from the pass front wheel when I make a right and left turn. Second, I'm trying to create a list of crucial common things I should do to make sure the car is up to par, I.e., oil change diff fluid, spark plugs, etc.
The PO replaced the VC gasket, all pulleys and belts, water pump, guibo and coolant flush.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Any advice on fluids to use and replace? Anything I should replace in a maintenance perspective?
Does the clicking sound mean it's time for a new CV joint?

No CVs in front of your rear drive car. More likely something brake related, perhaps a pad rattling or a bent backing plate(usually a squeak or rubbing sound from that). Maybe a wheel bearing on the way out.
Assuming you don't have an owner's manual you can find a PDF on line or get a second hand one. This will specify all the fluids and maintenance schedule.
An "inspection II" (search The term)would be a good starting point to get a car with unknown service history back on track.

Ditto on the CV bit. More details about the clicking noise, please. Only when the car is making a turn, or also if you turn the wheel at a stop? Repeated or one-time? Heavy or light-sounding? Any other symptoms?
Fresh maintenance basics:
* Engine oil change with filter. If it's had synthetic oil, keep using synthetic (I like Amsoil; you get what you pay for). If not, use good non-synthetic (Castrol GTX, others, not Pennzoil...). Good filters are Fram, Mann, Mahle, others.
* Air filter. Same deal on brands.
* Cabin air filter. Adds a bit of longevity to the blower motor. Same deal on brands.
* Spark plugs. NGK copper-core, properly gapped.
* Brake fluid flush. DOT 3/4, brand doesn't matter.
* Diff and trans fluid? Optional, I'd say; I've done it before, and most times nothing interesting (sludge or metal) came out and I noticed no change in anything.
* Shifter bushings could probably use a refresh.

Thanks for the advice. I have an update. I had the car idling while parked. I turned the steering wheel and heard the clicking sound. So, it doesn't just occur while driving. It also occurs when the car is not moving. Could it be the strut housing bearing?

Yes. Can you have an assistant turn the wheel while you watch and feel the strut mount?

I can do that but, what am I looking for? I can hear the clicking sound clearly from the driver's seat as I turn the wheel.

I'm convinced the strut mount needs replacement. I did some searching for mounts but there are several types. Not sure which one to buy. My car is a 1995 525i 4 door 5 speed. Can someone send me a link to the correct strut mount for my car so I can buy it ASAP?
I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks!!
