..so the thing is that I've heard from some people in my country that are driving m50 turbo there is no need to spend money on ARP head studs on presures up to 1 bar of boost, thay use head bolts from e36 TDS model ... thing is the diesel bolts are 12mm thread and original m50 are 10mm so engine block has to be adapted ... Foes anyone else have any cloue is this information correct ?

Sounds like the studs are cheaper than the block machining.

Arp studs are around 250$ diesel bolts and machining block is 100$ in my country :)

Yeah but if 100$ is a lot for you honestly turbo is not the best option lol.

Some have used the 11mm from the s54 but not sure about the 12 mm. I don't see why they wouldn't but you may have to enlarge the head hole diameter not sure though.

Make sure enough "meat" is left if you open up a head bolt hole in the top of the block. You may hit a water passage or reduce the strength as you remove wall thickness.

Personally I'd go with studs or another block that has larger tapped holes from the factory.
