I recently acquired a new to me 2011 328 convertible (only 47k miles). Beautiful car! I also have a 2007 335i that is in the process of being upgraded (jb4 for now, more stuff to follow).

The 328i came with only 1 key and no manual.

I have searched and it seems that the dealer is the best place to get a 2nd key (the 328 has comfort access). Is that still the case?

Since it didn't come with a manual, I've researched and found some pdfs online, but none that match the year and model.

What is the best way to get a manual for the 328?

Thanks in advance!

Here's a link to the manual. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=http://www.bmwusa.com/pdf_6ea435bc-898e-4455-90ac-0175dc04d47c.arox&ved=0ahUKEwi-9KiCpLnSAhVJxCYKHSo9DYQQFggdMAA&usg=AFQjCNF3bYkLWOLguVwi9qD_Bj3xMxuBtg&sig2=C0pEADPO9c9GpCzhSUNv1Q
I think there's just one e90 manual that loosely covers all models. As far as keys go, the dealer will likely be your best bet. Technically softwares do exist to make keys, but Autohex II is around $4,000 so not too many people have it. You could potentially ship your CAS module out to somebody that has Autohex, but I don't know if the savings would offset the risk.

The dealer is the only place you can get the key
