Cracking noise from passenger door when opening and closing

My passenger door on my 2007 BMW 328CI make a cracking noise when the door is closed or opened. I notices one part moves and makes noise. I have marked the part that moves when the noise is heard. It seems like it's a bid loose. Can this be tightened? Or do I need to replace it?

Tighten the bolt and have a beer because you fixed your car for free. Unless you don't have any E sockets...
