I purchased a set of e46 m3 replica wheels. I did it because they were a squared setup (I have an x drive). I was told they were a +34 offset, went and looked at them in a dark parking lot... And they're not +34, they are +42. They almost hit the shock.
Also, the 225s just don't look right on a 8.5" rim, so I want to go to a 235 so it doesn't have that stretched look. This would definitely make the tire rub the shock.
What do you guys think I should do? Dump them or use spacers and hope something else doesn't rub?
P.s. I'm new to the site and don't know how to post a pic. It's about 3mm between the rim and shock
