I purchased a set of e46 m3 replica wheels. I did it because they were a squared setup (I have an x drive). I was told they were a +34 offset, went and looked at them in a dark parking lot... And they're not +34, they are +42. They almost hit the shock.

Also, the 225s just don't look right on a 8.5" rim, so I want to go to a 235 so it doesn't have that stretched look. This would definitely make the tire rub the shock.

What do you guys think I should do? Dump them or use spacers and hope something else doesn't rub?

P.s. I'm new to the site and don't know how to post a pic. It's about 3mm between the rim and shock

Hello

If you like the wheels keep them. I have linked our Spacers below to give the wheel a 34mm Offest. I have also linked our video on how to measure for spacers to make sure you get the exact fitment you are looking for. PM me if you need any more information or have any questions.

I'm not sure. I ended up selling the wheels to someone with an e46. They fit great on his car. Going to get something that fits my car correctly
