2010 BMW f02 going all over

I got a really big problem with the steering wandering all over the road, like when the road is sagged it will pull left then you gotta resist it with steering wheel to the right and then it starts pulling right and you gotta resist to the left. Ive replace rack and pinion, inner outer tie rods, knuckles replaced clock spring changed and that electric steering column. I changed a lot of the suspension in front and everything is tight the mechanics say. can a power steering pump and the hydraulic unit for the shocks have anything to do with this?

so Im wondering, i scanned with ista d and found a code for valve block for the dynamic drive(part number 37146775258 (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/part?id=KC83-USA-09-2009-F02-BMW-750LiX&mg=31&sg=10&diagId=31_0873&q=37146775258)). Would that affect the steering to act all weird?

I highly doubt it. Could be your tires.
