how to install "e46 style" front grills?

I bought about a month ago the e46 style front grills that are a direct fit for 92-96 3 series. It didn't come with any directions on how to remove the kidney grills and put the new ones in. Anyone know how to do this?

you have to be very careful removing them because the locking tabs can break very easily. You just undo all of the tabs around the kidney grill on the back of the grill.

Installation is very easy. You just sandwich them to the nose panel.
