Check Engine light on the Canadian 45

Hey guys, I was wondering if the Canadian 45 came with a check engine light bulb in there or were they without a bulb ?

Euro cars don't have a CEL.

I know I'm a bit late to the game here, but the Euro cluster (oil temp gauge instead of fuel economy meter) I installed in my 93 325is has a CEL light on it, and it works with the USDM wiring in my car.

that cluster is from a UK market 3.2l car
speedo is in mph and the temp is in C. Redline is higher than the 3.0 cars
