Will M3 springs and struts lower my car?

I have a 323is and will be purchasing the m3 struts and springs but I was not sure if it will lower my car (preferred). What may be the benefits of switching to m3? Thanks for the info!

They will lower it slightly, but I would rather buy new Eibach springs with Bilstein or Koni dampers and go a bit lower still AND everything will be new and fresh.

Exactly, noone wants an used suspension. Probably he's selling it because it's shot and he's getting new stuff.
