Engine Swap Question...

I bought a manual S50 Engine, to put into mine 95 M3 auto due to a bad engine. I got to the part where I just need to put the torque converter, but realize the crankshaft hole is different. It's much smaller, and wont fit my torque converter, is it suppose to be like this? Or could I just take off the bearing so it'll fit my automatic transmission torque converter

Sounds like the pilot bearing for the manual trans is still in the crank. Just remove it.

how do u remove it? it's the hole where the torque converter should go in...
