Spark Plug Indexing - Waste Of Time?

I'm planning to replace my spark plugs this week. Should I index them, or is that a waste of time on an E36?

Well, the proper plugs are NGK BKR6EQUP, and they are 4 prong plugs, so not really able to be indexed anyway.
