Curious about a bmw I'm buying

I'm planning on buying a 2009 335xi and am just curious if it's an M-sport model or something. It has BBS style bmw rims with the "M" badge on them, same little badge on the steering wheel as well. Also has paddle shifters if that matters. I'm not new to bmws, just not used to newer years (2006 and above). I can't ask the owner cause it's their ex husbands car and she doesn't know the details. So I'm trying to at least get an idea of what it is.

Standard Non-Sport E90. It does have a M Tech steering wheel and xenon lights (a nice feature), but does not have sport seats or M Tech front/rear bumpers. Wheels are likely aftermarket.

Ah ok, thanks for the info, much appreciated. I kinda had a feeling about the rims but the headlights and steering wheel threw me off a little.

Actually it has the sports package, if you look at the seats they are sport seats (look like regular seats because the leg extension is pushed all the way in). But not m-sport

Oh really? All my other bmws had seats that did that. My e46 is the only one that I knew was a sport model so part of me just assumed that it may have been a normal feature in all models/types.
