Hey BMW fans. I'm thinking about listing my 2008 BMW 328xi E92-Coupe for sale privately. Mileage- just under 85k. I've spent over $8000 in repairs in the 6 months I've owned it. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of buying a high mileage BMW without thinking about repair costs. It has Premium package, Cold weather package. AWD. Also has Active Cruise Control. Costed approximately 45,000 new! A rare color combo.I'm trying to come up with a good price to list at... I'm thinking 12,900-13,900. Is this a fair price?

Go to KBB.com, it will give you an idea of what the car is worth in your area.

What is the total mileage you drove so far ever since you owned it and what were the problems that you had to fix. You weren't able to DIY ? Thanks.

In the last six months I've owned it, I've driven about 2-3k miles. I've paid my local BMW mechanic to do valve cover, all gaskets, oil filter, vanos system. I could've done DIY, but the timing just isn't right for me.

NADA, Edmunds, and sold cars on FleaBay are also helpful.

Around here you would be able to sell it more at 20,000 and still be fair. I just recently seen one for sale with 63k miles and was listed at 25k maybe more..
Reminds me how lucky I was to get my 335xi for 2,500 with only 34k miles and in prestine condition. Haha
