New to the forums so hoping to get a little help here!

First: 2006 BMW 330I, Auto, Stock.
Issue: SO... The car has multiple error lights on the dash, check engine light, ABS light, Traction light... Car is VERY hard to start and will smoke black like crazy. Assuming this is caused by the temp sender issue. Will run but wants to die. Also Idrive has no display and blower dose not.. well blow.
The Pcodes I'm getting are!

P0118- Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit High
P0158- O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 2 Sensor 2) (assumed caused by above)
P0123- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch 'A' Circuit High

Here is what has been done.
DME has been swapped with another DME Set... Same issues
Temp Senders Replaced
New Throttle Valve (OEM)
Negative battery cable with IBS ( Awaiting Arival)
NEW Battery (Programmed)

I have pulled the pins from the DME going to the temp sender, tested perfect continuity with no shorts. We have swapped parts and have done just about everything we can think of.
COULD this be the battery cable that has failed??? Or?? At a complete loss and about to take to the dealer... Please someone have any ideas... ANY???
Purchased the car like this so I don't have a history.

PLEASE & THANK YOU!
I will literally paypal, or mail $100 CASH to anyone's idea that leads to the fix!

Have you checked your battery voltage? A bad battery will cause bimmers to act in very strange ways.

Had something like this where the main fusible link from the battery to the engine harness/DME fried. It just up and burned in a melted tangled mess. It was a GM car, though.

Some components on the engine would work fine (starter, coil packs, fuel injectors/pump) but that all electronic sensors didn't get any electricity.

If your fusible link is contained in the battery cable (it likely is... in fact the cable may be termed the link. I don't know for certain as I haven't had to dig too much into the E90), that's probably where your problem is gonna be. Running the battery cable from the rear to the front of the car will be a hassle. There should be a location along the cable that contains a main fuse... part of it may have melted. Some sensors may test ok, others not so. I'd take the codes and remove one of the sensors to test for power - it looks like transmitter/receiver errors for everything which leads me to believe they're not receiving any power.

I suspect your battery cable to fuse box recall was not done or the connection from the fuse box to the instrument panel is also not secure.
From what you posted that is the most likely cause...

Alternator FTW.
