E91 front door lock actuator

Hi there I just put in a new door actuator Mechanism, remote works , but the manual key does not work l , I can feel the resistance when I turn the key, any idea's guys???

Nobody anyone know if you have to resink with computer???

Now My key fob battery is good but sometimes I can't open the doors where is the antenna and how do you check it to see if it works?? this is 2007 E91 wagon, I'm starting to have lots of problems I have fixed a few this is getting expensive.
