Fuel Injector "O" Ring Retainer

I've been trying to find these. They sell the "O" ring but not the white plastic retainer. Are they needed? Where can I buy some. See pict.

I looked and it doesn't show the white, yellow in the picture, plastic retainer. Thanks for the site, easier than the one I go to.
