Trans malfunction issue

Rough idle when code is displayed and when vehicle is restarted sometimes goes back to normal says restricted acceleration. Only one CEL and that is p1727 which normally in conjunction with other codes points to crank position sensor... Anyone have any input on this situation? Sensor will be here tomm. Also and diy info for changing out the sensor from below?

Bump changed crank position sensor and now it's throwing a code for that sensor as well as the p1727 code so I have read that PCV diaphragm deterioration may also cause these types of issues
