I took my car into the dealer because the check engine light came up (they said it had carbon build up) when I got it back it I noticed that it started to drift to the right. I brought it back and they said that I had hit a pot hole so hard that it bent the rim, nearly destroyed the tire and broke the guide support on the suspension. I don't remember hitting a pothole that hard, and I'm not sure if I can prove that it must have been them when they were test driving the car.
All that being said, they want to charge me $900 to replace the guide support (parts and labor). This does not include the tire and the bent rim, just the guide support. Does this price sound right? I looked up the part and it seems like it would cost only $125 (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=vb59-CHN---E90-BMW-325i&diagId=31_0716) (for 2, I only need 1).

I don't know what a "guide support" is. Are you talking about a control arm?
In any case, that looks like a dealer price; find another shop.

I'd question if they didn't damage the car while it was in their possession. Your car was not doing that before you took it in.
Good luck as I know they'll weasel their way out of it.

A guide support is pictured here.

(http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=vb59-CHN---E90-BMW-325i&diagId=31_0716)In this link they seem to suggest that the part costs $125 for 2 of them. So this is a $60 dollar part that they are going to change over $800 to install.

The guide support shown is part of the Macpherson strut assembly. Replacing it would require removing the strut and completely disassembling it. Classic case of a job costing hundreds of dollars to replace a $10 part.
But even so - $900??/Give me a break. Absolutely ABSURD. No way!
Also - I doubt that this part was damaged. I think they're just throwing up a smokescreen and trying to get into your pocket. See another shop before doing anything.
