Bmw-planet - but you have to use an old browser and adjust plugin settings. Great site but kinda a pain because the platform is obsolete.

dovlet - see this thread for how to maybe get it to work

http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?2212207-How-to-access-BMW-Planet-com-wiring-diagrams

also see somebody has tried to put up an alternate bare-bones HTML5 site. it's not nearly as nice as the BMW-Planet version but it will give you the diagrams at least.

I can pull them from ISTA tonight when I get home from work. Do you want the pinout, full diagram, or both?

What are you talking about buddy, nobody has to use an old browser to be able to use this.
You never had to use an old browser to get this to work. Adjust your settings like highlighted in the dedicated thread here or main page of the BMW-Planet.net.

Totally not true anymore friend. Chrome no longer works at all (workaround / perms no longer are possible) unless you have somehow locked in an older version on a computer.
I used Opera for some time due to that, now it no longer works (apparently because they are now really Chrome under the covers...)
Apparently the only way to make it work is using Firefox, and Mozilla have declared they'll obsolete the plug-in as well.

There is no way to change settings in IE / Safari / Chrome / Opera to make them work at this point - unless you have an old version of those browsers.

Not trying to be negative here, and totally completely massively appreciate your time and effort in maintaining (what happened to the .com domain by the way?) and the site is super awesome resource but I think you discount how much of a PITA this is for folks. It's just wasting peoples time and energy telling them to mess w/ Java security settings if they are on one of those other browsers.

At this point, AFAICT, the deal is that ONLY FIREFOX works (which in my mind is tantamount to 'older browser' but fair enough I guess it's not literally...) unless we want to talk about some Linux browser or something.

BTW - note I send him to your thread already my friend so don't make out "what am I talking about"

Chrome/Opera seems to be an issue alright, but Internet Explorer works just fine. Safari is supposed to work fine but I am not installing this on my computer.

You have 2 perfectly working major web browsers, latest versions. If you want to access WDS, this is not an issue.

That's interesting and encouraging, but last I checked I could not get IE to work or Safari which is how I ended up with Opera, then Firefox once that stopped working. I'll take your word that there's a workaround to re-enable the plug-in there but it stopped for me a long time ago and I was unable to get it back...

Follow the instructions here, no reason it would not work. Works for me and I did the same.

From the FireFox website when I try to get the Java plug-in
"The new Windows 64-bit version of Firefox (https://blog.mozilla.org/futurereleases/2015/12/15/firefox-64-bit-for-windows-available/) does not recognize or support this plugin."

Is this a 64 vs 32 bit problem?

I also come up with nothing when I type "configure Java" into my search window.

I'm running Windows 8.1 64 bit

Hey, I got it to work on IE
572969
Went to Java.com, downloaded Java.
Then went into Internet Options/security tab, added www.bmw-planet.net to the trusted sites (have to uncheck the "require https:")

572970

I also did the "configure Java" search and added bmw-planet.net to the security tab.

All is good for me running Windows 10 64bit on current release Firefox once I figured out the .com to .net change from this thread.
