325 engine replacement cost

I just purchased a 93 325i for 2500 which i think was a good deal, but anyways the car has 200000 miles on it and i wanted to replace it with another engine. A 95 m3 engine is what i want to put in it but i was wondering how much it would cost for the install of the engine. If their is anyone who has done this and has any good info i could use let me knoe please.

Depending on the milage/condition of theengine I have seen them go for $3k - $6k. Install will be at least $1,500 at any regular shop capable of this work. I believe you will also need the ECU from the M3 as well..someone correct me if I'm wrong.
