Who's up for this challenge? I'd like to recode the BC calculation of the "SPEED" parameter, which by default measures the vehicles trip's average speed probably using the simple (total distance)/(total time) formula.

Instead, I'd like "SPEED" to display the vehicle's real-time speed. I'm quite sure the BC is already measuring real-time speed. The trick is to get the BC to display it, in place of the average speed. Anyone know how to do this? I own an icebox...

Just unlock the cluster and go to test number 8.

That would be more fun.

Are you still looking for inlaid trim? Mine has it but I'm not a fan of wood trim and am going to do a vinyl wrap. Seems a shame to cover the beautiful inlaid wood up if there is someone out there that will appreciate it.

Bumping this up again. Anyone know how to recode the BC to display realtime speed?

I don't think it could be done, if it could people have done it already by now. Instead of displaying real time speed, people would code them to look at real time k-temp instead, that's if anyone can.
