How should I remove/swap the small triangle windows?

Hi, can you guys advise how to safely remove the rear door small triangle windows. They are dual pane.

Gently peel off the outer rubber seal on the door to reveal the metal clips that hold the outer window trim on the door. Carefully pry the tabs holding the trim together (I don't remember exactly how many there were, like 8 or so). Lift trim off. Remove sunshade for rear quarter window, if equipped. Pull off plastic cover otherwise. Take out the three screws hiding beneath the shade/plastic trim. Now you can gently push the metal seperation out that the three screws held onto. Once you push it out far enough for the bottom edge to clear the edge of the door and pull the metal bar straight up and out. Now you can simply lift the rear quarter glass out.

I guess he means the rubber molding, on the door.
