Hi all:

2002 dark silver on black manual M3 convertible
102,xxx miles (rod bearing recall was completed around 30k miles - you can call any dealership and give the VIN for proof (text me for VIN))
Clean Title
Location: Yardley, PA (~30 minutes North of Philadelphia)

Last Thursday, I was taking a trip into Philadelphia and on the way home, I got into a small accident. Nothing on the inside of the engine bay is damaged (hoses, belts, piping, etc.). I hit an off duty police officer in a jeep cherokee - his back left with my front right - doing around 15mph in traffic. There is no structural frame damage, and is easily fixed. I don't have the time, and I have liability insurance (only covers the other person) for my weekend cars. I have the incident police report number and pictures of the jeep/my car. I was able to drive it home, and so will you. The engine still runs strong, and nothing else other than the repairs needs to be done. It ran great and was a blast to drive. My loss is your gain.

Maintenance/Modifications:
- cooling system
- rogue engineering trans mounts
- 2 new motor mounts and a passenger side motor mount bracket (the first one cracked a bit - they are made of aluminum)
- rear trailing arm limiter kit from Turner Motorsport
- Bosch alternator (put in the Wednesday before New Years)
- Turner Motorsport pulleys
- slotted rotors and Hawk pads - not installed yet - will come with sale
- Evo 3 short-shift kit with new black leather boot and zhp weighted shift knob
- VMR 713 wheels
- K&N intake
- TMS shark injector tune
- TMS strutbrace

Interior:
- no rips or tears in any of the leather
- rear middle seat seatbelt has a tear in the seatbelt cloth near the buckle
- 9/10

Exterior (besides damage):
- few dings right above the driver's side door handle
- little dent in driver's side door right above the trim
- 8/10

It was always garaged (by me and the previous owner - on M3forum - think his name is Hopsm3), and I get surprisingly good gas mileage around 19/20. There were no problems, CEL's, rattles, squeaks, or anything of the sort before the crash. It never let me down before the accident, and the next owner will have a really solid M3 convertible that will last a very long time.

I am asking $7,500 as-is. You can drive it home, although I suggest we tie the hood down. I will also clean it up for you as it is sort of dirty at the moment.
