WTB CLEAN E30 or E36. Mileage is not a problem

Hey everybody, I'm in the Maryland area and am in search of a clean straight 6 e30 or e36. Mileage is not a problem. I can also travel for the right car, but will not take a plane. I have $5500 At most to spend but don't have to spend it all.

Criteria
-Manual
-325 or 328. No 4 cylinders
-Little to no rust
-Good interior
