Whats is the Best way to Delete the Charcoal EVAP Line? Will I get any Engine error codes if I simply take it all off and just plug the thing or use the Vac line for something else? and simply disconnect the little plug?

Also thinking to delete the SAP that closes the exhaust on the 328i's/

Figure I can live with the smell, one less thing to go wrong, more space for things?

I can just unbolt it and use the vac line for something else right?

Do you really need extra space under your spare tire? Removing that charcoal canister will require the DME to be reprogrammed or you'll get a bunch of error codes. That SAP does not close off the exhaust. The only reason to delete the SAP is if it wears out and you just don't want to fix it or if you install new headers. They don't usually come with the holes for the SAP. The SAP comes on for about 2 minutes on a cold start then it turns off and it just sits there. It forces air into the exhaust for the o2 sensors. The only benefit to removing it is a 2lb weight reduction but you'll have to buy an SAP sim or have it flashed out of the DME.

but mine is in my engine bay, we already moved it for the sc install to the near fusebox. is that the sap? i thought theexhause vac cannister was the sap, also suspect we also dont have the o2 sensor thing going into the exhaust like some us cars? not sure..

Don't... it can also be a safety concern.

You are thinking of the SAP and it doesn't matter, other then a CEL that you can code out. The vacuum canister under the intake was for the exhaust flap. I eliminated that entire system on mine because the canister was broken and I don't need the flap anyways.

I'll just delete the Vacuum canister then :D
