I'm not totally solo, it's a small company, there's 2 full timers, me and my partner, and we have 3 part timers... back before the economy crashed in 2001, we had 8 people total, 5 full timers, and 3 part timers, etc....

Just the nature of the beast these days in owning your own executive search firm in this economy, etc....
