I've got them on my lowered e36, I really like them. I'd say 10/10 people that don't really know bmw's would say they are stock wheels, which I kinda like

I wouldn't do black on black, will look like you're running steelies especially because it's matte.

The only problem with painting rims black is you lose all the details in the rims. Try a can of plasti dip first so you can remove it if you don't like it. I had a set of style 30s that the PO painted the centers black. I loved them but most did not. To that I say.....don't be sheep
