Power to Main Relay ...

I'm getting no power to the main relay. I bought another DME and its still the same. Problem is at the white relay which is the one I'm referring to. Car is a 92 325i. I'm guessing it will be a main harness wiring issue but I need guidance on where to begin.

How did you test for power to the relay?

I checked the pins for power. I grounded to the shock tower. Everything was dead.

Anyone have any advice? Should I cut the wiring harness sleeve and look for problems? Recently changed fuel pump, cps and battery because it cranks and just won't start. There is an old aftermarket alarm system installed which I don't even have a remote for. Never used it. Would just pulling the wiring harness connectors on the alarm module remedy any issues it might or could cause? I'm trying everything and anything right now.
