Funny thing is, the sample adaptor I got , 4”, was from a forum member who was a machinist and said they were to big a PITA to fool with. If you read the blurb on what you alerted me to, their filter adapter will only fit the early housings with a 4” can and they are not widely used. Theirs will not fit a more common 3 1/2” canister that is bottom bolted or the late canisters that have the can bolt on through the top of ther housing. That one takes a strange threaded adapter and is time consuming to make. A bit of research, designing and trial and error for me to get these right. So I will stay with my prices and proven product that will fit any M30
