Carsoft Error Code Help

I'm getting the following error codes:

153 activation injection valve cylinder 8

183 Tank leaking recognition

62 Misfire on different cylinders

53 Misfire cylinder 8

I have swapped the coil on cylinder 8 problem still there.
Could this be a bad injector on 8?

Make sure the connector in #8 injector is connected good. You just did the chain guides so maybe it's loose.
Tank leak detection is a seperate issue. Check the purge valve connections.

Jim I found a list of error codes and the Carsoft 53 code is a P0304 code which targets cylinder #4, not cylinder #8 as Carsoft lists. I'm going to swap the #4 coil with #1 and see if the error follows it. Could it be my Carsoft is confusing cylinder numbers?

Maybe.
53 is a BMW Fault Code = P0308, cylinder 8 misfire.
52 is BMW FC = P0304, cylinder 4 misfire.

Have solved all problems/codes except 183 tank leak. What is this? Gas tank?

Was it cylinder #4? How did you fix it? With a new coil?

Reseated all of the coil connections cylinders 5-8, and the injector connectors. Did'nt have a retaining clip on cylinder 8 injector. Problems went away, except this occasional tank leak error code/check engine light.
