1995 540 Electics gone haywire

Hello, I'm new on here. I have a 1995 540 manual. It's been a reliable car, but suddenly weird electrical things have been happening. M windshield wipers done return to stowed position, the washer does spray anymore. Then yesterday when I tried to power down the left front window, the sunroof opened instead. Now none of the windows will roll down and the sunroof is stuck open. (and it's cold and rainy where I am). Any ideas and/or help would much appreciated...

How old is the battery? Does the car's electrics act weird when the engine is revving at 2000rpm?

I'll mirror what de Witt said. It's most likely the ignition switch. A failing one can cause all sort of odd electrical gremlins. It's not a hard part to replace at all....maybe 20 minutes of your time. I had to do it on my 530i.
