18'' ADR Design Rims

My dad came across some 18'' ADR Design rims ( the rim is called Sterling ) wrapped in Yokohama 255/45ZR-18's. They came off an 740i. There is still a lot of tread still left on the tires and the rims are in good shape. Does anyone know anything about this company? and how much they would be worth?
