How to turn heater on? :/

I've done it before, but I cant seem to remember how the heater works on this E36 M3... Here's what I'm trying to do, please let me know which buttons to press! Also the knob on the top left is turned to show the 3 red dots!554672

In the middle is the fan symbol, left and right of that sympol you can push to make the fan higher or slower, next to that on each side is the blue= cold and red=hot(ter) mark, that is for heat up or down on the driver or passenger side. And then you have the button to turn the aircon on and off.
