Throttle body problems

Hi guys, I have a 1999 E39 528i. I recently (1 month) had the throttle body replaced and today eml & check engine lights came on. Codes are p1580, p0601(AB), p0120. I'm in need of direction, pedal potentiometer, electrical? Help

was it a new or used tb you put on?

Put on by local Indy import shop. I'm not that sure of my work. At $950 it better have been new.
