1367776 is the part number for the 3 channel igniter module for a volvo. its about 40 bucks on ebay. this module will drive falling edge dumb coil on plug (COP) style coils like found on the e36. this will take the low current trigger and kick the power up to a max of something like 6 to 8 amps. 2.5 ms is a good number to start with for dwell on the e36 coils. the standalone MFGS get about 100 to 150 for these so this is a significant savings. mounting them in the DME box is borderline. Temps get pretty high in there. DELCO makes a ignitor heat sink that does a pretty good job of dissipating heat.

HUCO or HUECO makes 13 8403 that is a direct replacement for the volvo. Hella and Bosch make identical units. if you are looking for the wiring diagrams AEM 3 channel is the same and also Huco publishes the wiring diagrams for the 8403.
