Yes. I can't even type into it most of the time anymore, although it is okay right now. The last couple posts I've done, I needed to type it in somewhere else and cut and paste it into this forum because it bogs down and skips letters when I type here. I guess their phishing/tracking/cross scripting has gotten pretty aggressive as of late.

I created e21forum.com awhile back to store DIY information for e21 enthusiasts. The site is also a forum type of site. If it continues to be slow here, as another forum resource, you are welcome to use the new e21forum site. I will leave e21forum up indefinitely. If the site users list grows it will need forum leaders/moderators.

Things will settle down and get back to normal in a few days.

I gotta say guys, I've never experienced any slowdowns on this forum in regards to typing etc. You should be able to input text whether you're connected to the internet or not as long as the browser has cached the page, might be worth checking your computers for your own malware.
Either that or OSX paired with Chrome works different to whatever everyone else is working and I just sound like an ass.

I have major slowdowns on my laptop, but it works fine on my phone. It's probably flash or some other plugin using 100% cpu. I use firefox on my laptop...

I had the same problem yesterday, freezing, when typing the letters came delayed, again freezing. On Google Chrome as well as Internet Explorer.
At the moment it seems to be o.k.
Edit: now the ad at the bottom of the forums is again there,

The admin, Kev needs your help, he is asking anyone with the same problem:
"It likely is a ad provided by a 3rd party provider which is obscenely complex. If you can narrow down what the ad is about I can work on having it removed. I haven't seen it so I am unsure of what it could be."
Can someone give him these info in this thread http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?2238654-BF-freezes-slow&p=28911199#post28911199
I tried to make a screen shot and some other info, but not sure if that is enough, I am not the internet expert. Thanks

Sorry I didn’t respond quicker, I was installing new software on my VIC-20 and that takes quite some time using this cassette drive (I haven’t sprung for the 5 1/4” floppy yet). BTW, I am having the exact same problem on my laptop at work also, which is relatively new and maintained by some young whippersnapper.
But seriously, this problem just popped up within the last couple weeks and I’ve been old for quite some time, so...
