540i ESS Supercharger kit

Bought this new from ESS. Have had it installed about 2 months now, about 2700 miles on the kit. Putting out a feeler to see if anyone wants it. My e34 needs some work, and i want to go in a different direction possibly.

I'd like $4500 shipped for it, open to trades, partial trades. Would trade for a nice e34 touring lol.

Kit is still installed, won't remove till i have a deal struck.

Does the ESS warranty transfer?
